The Challenge

As a Virtual Assistant and Digital Systems Specialist, establishing a sleek, cohesive online presence is vital for building instant client trust. I designed and built an interactive personal portfolio website integrated with an automated intake and booking workflow to demonstrate my design capabilities and technical CRM skills.

What I Built

Currently, the client experience is fragmented due to the lack of a central hub to showcase past work, services, and client testimonials. Additionally, setting up discovery calls creates scheduling friction, requiring time-consuming back-and-forth emails.

Result

The project includes a Responsive Portfolio Design featuring a modern, mobile-optimized landing page with services, case studies, and client proof. A Lead Qualification Form captures project scope, timelines, and budgets upfront, while an Automated Booking System uses an embedded calendar allowing qualified leads to self-schedule calls seamlessly. Additionally, Instant Confirmation Workflows deliver automated email notifications and calendar invites immediately upon booking.

I wanted to build an engaging, beautiful experience for an exclusive retreat in Italy. I designed and set up a custom landing page paired with an automated waitlist system so interested guests could easily learn about the trip, sign up, and get instant updates—all without any manual back-and-forth on my end.
